Overview
At Ava Kianirad, we offer creative services, digital deliverables, and limited physical or digital products. Because many of our offerings are custom, time-based, or digital in nature, refunds and returns are handled differently than traditional retail products.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Services & Digital Products (Primary Business)
Due to the nature of creative services, consulting, digital products, and downloadable content, all sales are final once work has begun or files have been delivered, unless otherwise stated in writing.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Brand Strategy
- Marketing Strategy & Funnel Architecture
- Creative Direction
- Brand Identity Development
- Shopify Website Design
- Digital products and downloadable materials
Refunds are not available for:
- Services that have already started
- Time-based consulting or creative work
- Digital files once delivered or accessed
- Custom or personalized services

Physical Products (If Applicable)
If you purchase a physical product (if and when available), the following applies:
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

Return shipping instructions will be provided once your request is approved. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital products or downloads

Custom or personalized services

Services already delivered or in progress

Sale items or gift cards
If you are unsure whether your purchase is refundable, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for services or digital products.
For physical items (if applicable), the fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, unless:

The service has already begun with your consent

The product is digital and delivery/access has started

The product is custom or personalized
By purchasing services or digital products, you explicitly agree that work may begin immediately and acknowledge that this may waive your right to withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (where applicable), it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post refunds.
